The Loan Process


Complete the loan application
by phone or in person.
File is "ordered out." We verify
employment, assets and credit.
You find a home, make an offer. Once it's accepted, you have a structural inspection performed.
Your file is submitted to one of our investors for underwriting.
Upon being satisfied with the inspection, we order your appraisal and title report.
Loan approval.
Additional information may be asked of you to clarify any questions the underwriter may have.
The interest rate is locked and closing loan documents are ordered that you will be signing at escrow.
Escrow sets an appointment to sign and gives you instructions on bringing in the down payment.
After loan documents are signed, they are returned to the investor for final review.
